Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

United States : 7 - 15 business days
Europe : 15 - 20 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

So far, we only accept PayPal, but we will extend more payment methods in months.

Returns & Exchanges



Please kindly read these policies carefully, which define your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases at ExcFine, including important limitations and exclusions.

Return DOA (Dead on Arrival) Item

Any items listed at ExcFine, regardless of the guarantee offered, dead on arrival (incorrect usage excluded) within 5 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment (for those untraceable shipment)

In this case, please kindly provide us with proofs as below:

• The photos of original package we shipped to you with its both front and back sides
• The photos or video of the defective item(s)

In a DOA situation, we (seller) will redo and reship the customized items if the buyer still needs the items, otherwise we will refund the whole order.


Replacement of Incorrect/Defective Item Received

If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, or the item is in defective, please contact us and provide the proofs.
