7 . What if the package lost?

If the package was confirmed lost during the transportation, we will refund or resend the order as per your choice.

If the online tracking information shows the package has been delivered but you did not receive the package, you need to make a claim to the shipping company, as the shipper, we will try our best to assist your claim.
